Devlin ink tattoos - Terms and Conditions

• all deposits are non refundable

• all clients must be over the age of 18 at the appointment with proof of photo ID upon request at the artist's discretion. You may book when you are 17 but must be 18 on the day of the appointment.

• consent and medical forms must be signed upon arrival to the appointment to ensure you are healthy and nothing will go wrong.

• you cannot have a tattoo while intoxicated (drunk/stoned/anything else).

• cancellations/rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment will require another deposit as this has lost me a days work in too short notice

• rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 more times transferring the deposit within the stated timeframe, after this a new deposit will be required.

• no shows/ignoring messages will not be given another appointment in the future unless there is a valid reason with proof.

• a single touch ups may be given for free at the artists discretion if it is believed that it is due to fault of our own, if it is by your fault then a paid session will be required to touch up.

• touch ups on fingers, hands, feet, neck, face and areas on the head will not be given a free touch up due to these areas being most likely to suffer from ink fading, for a more in depth explanation, please see our blog post.

• you may bring one person with you, no more than one unless there are multiple of you having matching tattoos, this is not a social club.
