Devlin ink tattoos - Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment at Devlin Ink Tattoos, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect our artists’ time and ensure the best experience for all clients.

1. Deposits

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• Deposits secure your appointment and will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

2. Age Requirements

• Clients must be at least 18 years old on the day of their appointment. Proof of age via valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driving licence) is required at the artist’s discretion.

• Bookings may be made at 17 years of age, provided the client will be 18 by the appointment date. No exceptions will be made for minors.

3. Consent and Medical Forms

• All clients must complete and sign consent and medical forms upon arrival. These forms confirm you are in suitable health for tattooing and understand the risks involved.

4. Intoxication Policy

• Tattoos will not be performed on anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances. If you arrive intoxicated, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit, regardless of notice provided.

• Rescheduling requires adequate notice:

• Appointments under 3 hours require at least 48 hours (2 full days) notice before your appointment time.

• Appointments of 3 hours or more require at least 72 hours (3 full days) notice before your appointment time.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice when rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

• Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. Any further rescheduling will require a new deposit.

6. Touch-Ups

• Complimentary touch-ups may be provided at the artist’s discretion if deemed necessary due to artist error.

• Touch-ups required due to client negligence (e.g., improper aftercare) will incur a charge.

• Tattoos on high-movement or high-exposure areas are not eligible for free touch-ups due to the likelihood of natural fading. These areas include, but are not limited to: fingers, hands, wrists, feet, neck, ankles, ears, face, and other areas on the head. For further details, please see our blog post.

7. Guests and Conduct

• Clients may bring one (1) guest to their appointment. Additional guests are not permitted unless multiple people are receiving matching tattoos.

• Devlin Ink Tattoos is a professional environment. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and the artist reserves the right to end a session if necessary.

8. Liability

• Devlin Ink Tattoos and its artists are not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from the tattooing process or aftercare. Clients are responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.

9. Agreement

• By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

Devlin Ink Tattoos reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
